Hi, this is not a private account but a club. This club was started do hunt/report/bann Policy Rapists here on DA.
I. WHO DO WE HUNT? Policy Rapists only. So, what's a Policy Rapist? It's a low creature that submits art that is either stolen or seriously violates DeviantART policy. By that we understand serious pornography/hate propaganda/racism/fascist ideology etc. A Policy Rapist can also be a person who commits other violations, like trolling, spamming, abusing, stalking and underage membership.
Please note that we are NOT haters. We just want to rid DA of people who don't deserve to be here.
II. WHAT TO DO IF YOU FIND STOLEN/DISTURBING ART? First of all you have to make sure what you're dealing with. So READ THE ARTISTS STATEMENT before passing any judges! Then when you'll be positive that a certain piece doesn't belong on DA report it. And leave a link to the piece/whole gallery on the clubs front page so that other people can also fill in the report. PLEASE! If you have something to say to the Policy Rapist be constructive! If you want to leave a comment that bad at least do it intelligently. DO NOT ABUSE ANYONE! We're professionals not hyenas.
Report a picture - use the "Report Policy Violation" displayed next to the full viev picture.

FAQ #238: How do I report people for abuse, harassment, or another issue I may think is a violation? III. HOW TO JOIN? Send the club a note with the title "join", add the clubs icon to your journal or signature. DevWatch the club and wait for the reply.
How to do it? Icon - type :icon policyrapistnomore: (but without the space between the word "icon" and the club's name)
Link-name - type :dev policyrapistnomore: (but without the space between the word "dev" and the club's name)
IV. SUBMISSIONS: If you'd like to submit something to the club gallery send a note with the subject "submission". Submissions must be copyright/other policy themed.
V. BEHAVIOR POLICY: The club is meant to keep dA clean. If you want to join because you think you will have a fresh delivery of Policy Rapists to flame every day, than leave. We're professionals not hyenas. Policy Rapists are still human, hate the sin not the sinner.
That doesn't mean you have to smooch their asses. No, some kids need a few slaps in the butt to understand they're doing something wrong. So, If you want to comment on a Policy Rapist, do it. Be sharp, sarcastic, ironic. DON'T be aggressive, abusive, vulgar. Remember that.
For breaking dA's and the club's behavior policies you can expect this:
Strike one: A warning at the club's journal and in your notebox.
Strike two: A warning at the club's journal and in your notebox + block from the club's page for two weeks.
Strike three: Deleted membership and a permanent block from the club's page.
Act like an adult, dear Hunter. Be responsible for your actions.
VI. QUICK REMINDER: -DA acknowledges and respects copyrights!
-DA does allow submission of artistic nude/erotic themes. although it requires to label it as "mature". The models (photography) must 18+ years old. DA does NOT allow submission of pornographic/vulgar art.
-DA does NOT allow racist/hate/fascist themes!
-You have to be at least 13 years old to join DA (underage members can be reported to the Help Desk)!
-Spamming, trolling, abuse, threats, stalking are forbidden!

These works may feature screenshots, official artwork or sprites taken from a video game, scans from an art book, artwork found on a website somewhere on the internet or a photograph of a famous person (just to name a few examples), but in every case the 'seed image' is the legal property of another artist. In many cases these 'seed images' are manipulated, colored over, blended with other images, and otherwise digitally worked over but none of this makes the use acceptable or allowed.
These submissions will be removed regardless of whether you have credited or linked back to the original source."
